Travel & Booking Policies
Travel Radius: In-home visits include travel within a 15-mile radius of zip code 84095. Travel beyond 15 miles is available for an additional $0.67 per mile (or a flat travel fee based on distance).
Multi-Service Savings: Book services across two or more categories (e.g., Postpartum Doula Support + Placenta Encapsulation, or Birth Design + Photography) and receive 10% off your total booking.
Postpartum Doula Support
In-home and virtual care including evidence-based guidance, infant care education, lactation support, meal prep, and light household help.
In-Home Postpartum Doula Care
Includes an in-home prenatal meet & greet, evidence-based postnatal care, infant care education, lactation support, meal preparation, and light household support. Shifts are booked in 2- to 4-hour minimum blocks.
8 Hours — $240
16 Hours — $480

Virtual Postpartum Doula Support
12 Hours — $240
Includes one virtual prenatal session, ongoing postnatal support, evidence-based care guidance, infant care education, lactation support, and personalized postpartum wellness & meal suggestions.
Birth Design Services
Holistically prepare for your birth with tailored support, combining emotional, physical, and environmental preparation, with other siblings or none. Feel confident and prepared in a personalized space designed for peace and joy.
Please Note: Birth Design services are non-clinical, administrative, and environmental support services. Support is provided during scheduled, pre-booked appointments and does not include on-call labor attendance or clinical medical advice.

2. The Nesting & Meal Prep Intensive (In-Home) — $300
A focused, 3-hour in-person execution block for moms in their 3rd trimester.
2 Hours of Batch-Cooking: Hands-on preparation of 4 to 6 freezer-friendly postpartum meals.
(Note: Client provides or reimburses grocery costs; service fee covers custom meal planning, shopping list creation, and in-home prep labor.)
1 Hour of Space Setup: Final birth space arrangement, nursery organization, or hospital bag prep.

3. The Core Birth Design Package — $550
Our signature complete prep experience for home or hospital births.
3 Support Visits: Virtual & in-person sessions, including your initial meet & greet.
