Hi there!

I am a mother to six vibrant children, a home educator, music instructor, photographer, and passionate advocate for motherhood, self-care, and family life. I find joy in tea, swimming, yoga, gardening, reading, sunsets, hiking, and, most of all, babies—holding them, nurturing them, and supporting the mothers who bring them into the world. My favorite things include dark chocolate, Salvadorian pupusas, and the grounding scent of palo santo. In the midst of raising a large family, I’ve learned that self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Balancing the chaos of motherhood with intentional rest and support has been the foundation of my journey, shaping the way I now help others.

When I became a mother, I thought preparation meant reading every book, researching every method, and mastering every theory. But no two pregnancies, births, or postpartum experiences were ever the same. I struggled with exhaustion, self-doubt, and the weight of believing I had to do it all alone. The turning point came when a doula I hired not only helped me through birth but also showed me how to ask for and accept help without guilt. That experience empowered me to embrace rest, create a home environment that supported my recovery, and teach my family to care for me as I cared for them. Soon, other mothers began reaching out, and I found myself visiting postpartum women in my community, offering comfort, guidance, and hands-on support. One referral turned into another, and before I knew it, I was holding more babies, filling my heart, and shaping a new purpose.

Now, as a certified Postpartum Doula and the first Birth Designer, I bring my heart, experience, and expertise to families navigating their own journeys. I believe every mother deserves a space designed for healing, a plan tailored for success, and a village to lean on. My work goes beyond the birth—it’s about creating an environment where you feel seen, supported, and confident as you step into this new chapter. Through personalized birth and postpartum planning, home design, meal preparation, and emotional support, I help parents focus on the joys of welcoming a child rather than feeling overwhelmed by the demands. Motherhood is a journey meant to be nurtured, and I am here to ensure that you don’t have to walk it alone.
